This number convenes collaboration among six Indonesian institutions across central government agencies, municipal authorities, and higher education. Participating entities include Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri (IPDN), Universitas Komputer Indonesia, Universitas Terbuka, the National Border Management Authority (BNPP) RI, and the Regional Governments of Sumedang Regency and Batam City.

Overall, this issue focuses on public service transformation and regional digital innovation, covering autonomous vehicle adoption potential, regional complaint handling systems, e-government service deployment across frontier and remote regions (3T), digital good governance frameworks, district-level official website evaluations, and the strategic role of Government Chief Information Officers (GCIO) in municipal digital transformation.
