Vol. 18 No. 1 (2026): TRANSFORMASI: Jurnal Manajemen Pemerintahan

This edition features cross-sector collaboration across nine institutions from three countries spanning across universities, local government agencies, and independent catalytic organizations. They are from Indonesia (IPDN, UNPAD, UNS, UMY, UNJA, Bappelitbangda Subang Regency, and The Local Enablers - Agile Governance Catalyst), Vietnam (Hong Bang International University), and Türkiye (Bursa Uludag University).

This issue addresses the central themes of public governance transformation and bureaucratic modernization, covering the adoption of artificial intelligence, interagency collaboration in election logistics security, decentralization and sports diplomacy, young civil servant capacity building toward agile bureaucracy, the reconceptualization of non-Western public innovation sustainability, and the role of ambidextrous leadership in advancing bureaucratic reform.
