About the Journal

TRANSFORMASI: Jurnal Manajemen Pemerintahan is an academic, peer-reviewed journal registered with ISSN 2085-5192 (Print) and ISSN 2686-0163 (Online), featuring a registered CrossRef Digital Object Identifier (DOI) prefix of 10.33701/jtp. First published in March 2012 by the Faculty of Government Management, Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri (IPDN), the journal releases two issues annually (June and December). It addresses critical frontiers in Governmental Science, examining multi-level interactions across public administration, governance systems, public policy evaluation, public sector management, public services, governmental innovation, administrative leadership, civil service reform, public ethics, and e-government.

To preserve rigorous scholarship and publication ethics, every submission undergoes an impartial double-blind peer review by external subject-matter experts. Final decisions regarding acceptance or revisions rest with the Editorial Board based on peer evaluations. Authors must strictly adhere to the Author Guidelines; submissions non-compliant with template specifications, word counts, or formatting guidelines are subject to immediate desk rejection at the initial screening phase.

This edition features cross-sector collaboration across nine institutions from three countries spanning across universities, local government agencies, and independent catalytic organizations. This issue addresses the central themes of public governance transformation and bureaucratic modernization, covering the adoption of artificial intelligence, interagency collaboration in election logistics security, decentralization and sports diplomacy, young civil servant capacity building toward agile bureaucracy, the reconceptualization of non-Western public innovation sustainability, and the role of ambidextrous leadership in advancing bureaucratic reform.
