About the Journal

Transformasi: Jurnal Manajemen Pemerintahan is an academic, peer-reviewed journal registered with ISSN 2085-5192 (Print) and ISSN 2686-0163 (Online), as well as a registered CrossRef Digital Object Identifier (DOI) prefix of 10.33701/jt. First published in March 2012 as a print medium by the Faculty of Government Management, Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri (IPDN), the journal is published regularly twice a year, in March and October. It focuses on critical scholarly issues within Governmental Science, covering dynamic interactions across public administration, governance in government, public policy, public sector management, public services, governmental politics, government innovation, administrative leadership, bureaucracy, government ethics, and e-government.

To guarantee scholarly integrity and high academic standards, every submitted manuscript is evaluated through a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by independent peer reviewers. The ultimate authority regarding article acceptance, revisions, or decline rests exclusively with the Editorial Board, based on the reviewers' critical assessments and recommendations. Authors are required to read, understand, and thoroughly comply with the Author Guidelines before submitting their work. Any manuscript that fails to follow the mandatory guidelines or uses an inappropriate format will be rejected immediately by the editorial team at the initial desk review stage, as the journal exclusively considers submissions that meet all specified formatting and structural requirements.
