This edition showcases cross-sector collaboration across eight institutions, all based in Indonesia, spanning universities, a state polytechnic, and subnational government agencies. Contributors include Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri (IPDN), Universitas Maritim Raja Ali Haji, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar, Universitas Andalas, Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Politeknik Negeri Pontianak, as well as government agencies: the Makassar City Regional Research and Development Agency (Balitbangda) and the Provincial Government of Southeast Sulawesi.

Overall, this issue explores social dynamics, public policy, and public service delivery, discussing the articulation of power in coastal and fishing communities, maritime governance, local disaster preparedness capacity, one-stop integrated public services (PTSP), urban bus rapid transit (BRT) management, and citizen satisfaction within the framework of collaborative good governance.
