EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN METODE DAMAGE AND LOSS ASSESSMENT (DaLA) DALAM MENINGKATKAN PELAYANAN PEMULIHAN PASCA BENCANA DI KABUPATEN BOGOR PROVINSI JAWA BARAT

Abstrak

Bogor district has very high potential catastrophe, which can be seen in terms of catastrophic events and impacts abound of damage inflicted. The Bogor Country disaster relief agency in assessments on the levels of Damage and Loss Assessment (DaLA). The purpose of research to know the effectiveness of the use of Damage and Loss Assessment (DaLA) methods in increasing post-disaster recovery services in Bogor western province of Java. The study involves a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are conducted by observation, interview and documentary. Data analysis sequence through data reduction, data presentation and deduction drawing. Based on the results it has found that this method is judged to be effective in the affirmative, targeted, achievable goals as well as real changes. But there is still a lack of punctuality in which studies rely largely on the conditions of disaster to determine the duration of the study.
