ANALISIS STAKEHOLDER DALAM PENGELOLAAN BUMDES “SUMBER REJEKI” DESA JIWAN KECAMATAN JIWAN KABUPATEN MADIUN

Badan Usaha Milik Desa yang maju dalam pengelolaannya memerlukan perhatian terhadap dukungan dan partisipasi dari setiap pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat. Peran pemangku kepentingan dalam pengelolaan BUMDes “Sumber Rejeki” Desa Jiwan Kabupaten Madiun sangat diperlukan agar pengembangan BUMDes dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mematuhi peran masing-masing pemangku kepentingan yang terlibat berdasarkan tingkat “pengaruh” dan tingkat “kepentingan” pemangku kepentingan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian adalah stakeholder yang terlibat adalah stakeholder primer terdiri dari DPMD Kabupaten Madiun, Kepala BUMDes “Sumber Rezeki”, masyarakat Desa Jiwan, stakeholder kunci terdiri dari Kepala Desa Jiwan, sedangkan stakeholder sekunder terdiri dari BRI Unit Bank Jiwan dan BPR Polatama Kusuma. Kelompok yang memiliki nilai pengaruh dan kepentingan tinggi ada pada keyplayer yaitu Kepala Desa Jiwan dan Kepala Bumdes “Sumber Rejeki”. Peran masing-masing pemangku kepentingan meliputi sebagai koordinator, pelaksana, pembuat kebijakan dan fasilitator. Yang tidak menjalankan peran pengelolaan BUMDes “Sumber Rejeki” adalah DPMD Kabupaten Madiun.
