PENGARUH KOMPETENSI APARATUR TERHADAP PEMBERDAYAAN MASYARAKAT DI KECAMATAN WASILE SELATAN KABUPATEN HALMAHERA TIMUR PROVINSI MALUKU UTARA

Abstract

Abstract

The phenomenon used as research object is Community Empowerment in South Wasile
Sub-district of East Halmahera Regency. The purpose of this research is to know how
big the influence of apparatus competence to community empowerment in South Wasile
Subdistrict, and also to discuss the problem of apparatus competence in implementation
of consultative function of partnership and advisory function in PNPM Mandiri implementation
in South Wasile Sub-district of East Halmahera Regency. The research method
used is explanative method with quantitative approach. Data collection was done
by literature study and survey. Determination of samples in this study using the slovin
formula of the total population of 154, so that the samples obtained are as many as 111
respondents. Based on the discussion of the research results obtained conclusion, namely
the influence of apparatus competence on community empowerment in South Wasile
Sub-district of East Halmahera Regency.
