PENGARUH BUDAYA KERJA DAN INSENTIF TERHADAP KINERJA PEGAWAI KANTOR KELURAHAN MEKARJAYA KECAMATAN SUKMAJAYA KOTA DEPOK

Abstract

The phenomenon that is used as the object of research is Performance employee Office of Mekarjaya Urban Village Depok. The purpose of this research is to know and compare the influence of work and incentive to the performance of Mekarjaya Sub-district Office employee of Sukmajaya Sub-district. The research method used is explanative method with quantitative approach. Data collection was done by literature study and. Determination of sample used in this research using slovin formula from total population of 303, so that the sample drawn as many as 173 respondents. Based on the consideration of research result, that is: (1) Work Culture and Performance to Official of Mekarjaya Sub-District Office of Sukmajaya Sub-Province of Depok City; (2) Positive and significant incentive to the Performance of Official of Mekarjaya Sub-District Office of Sukmajaya Sub-Province of Depok City; (3) Work Culture and Incentives simultaneously and positively to the Performance of Official of Mekarjaya Sub-District Office of Sukmajaya Sub-Province Depok City. From the result of double regression measurement is known existence of influence of pride to performance of Sub District Mekarjaya Sub-District of Sukmajaya Depok City.
