Abstrak

Dalam rangka untuk menyusun atau melakukan penataan kembali daerah otonom di Papua Barat diperlukan sebuah desain penataan daerah melalui pengkajian yang komprehensif untuk dijadikan dasar bagi penataan daerah. Salah satu perspektif yang menjadi pertimbangan dalam penataan daerah adalah kemampuan keuangan daerah. Untuk menghasilkan desain penataan daerah dari segi kemampuan keuangan daerah ini, kajian ini akan membahas penataan daerah di bidang keuangan daerah dengan menggunakan 3 pendekatan, yaitu Pendekatan Kemampuan Keuangan Berdasarkan PP No. 78 Tahun 2007, Pendekatan Peta Kapasitas Fiskal Daerah, dan Pendekatan Indikator Kondisi Keuangan Daerah
