EFEKTIVITAS BADAN USAHA MILIK DESA (BUMDES) DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN ASLI DESA (PADES) MELALUI PROGRAM PENYEWAAN PONDOK KULINER DI DESA BOROKO TIMUR KECAMATAN KAIDIPANG KABUPATEN BOLAAN MONGONDOW UTARA PROVINSI SULAWESI UTARA

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of BUMDes in increasing Village Original Income
(PADes) through the Culinary Cottage rental program. The research locus was in the village of East Boroko,
Kaidipang District, Bolaan Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi Province. This study aims to determine the
effectiveness of Village Owned Enterprises (Bumdes) in order to increase Village Original Income (PADes). The
method used in this study is descriptive with an inductive approach. Data collection techniques by interview,
documentation. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The
results of the research show that the Pondok Culinary rental program is quite effective in increasing PADes,
it’s just that its contribution is still low, only Rp. 15,000,000 or 37.5% of all PADes that reached Rp. 40,600,000.
When compared with the budget used in funding the program which reached Rp. 150,000,000 originating
from the Village Fund is less efficient. For this reason, it is necessary to increase the creativity of the Bumdes
management and carry out many promotions and create a one-stop payment system to avoid competition.

Abstrak
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektivitas BUMDes dalam meningkatkan Pendapatan Asli
Desa (PADes) melalui program penyewaan Pondok Kuliner. Lokus penelitian di desa Boroko Timur
Kecamatan Kaidipang Kabupaten Bolaan Mongondow Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan
untuk mengetahui Efektifitas Badan Usaha Milik Desa (Bumdes) dalam rangka peningkatan Pendapatan
Asli Desa (PADes). Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan
induktif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara wawancara, dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang di
gunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian bahwa program penyewaan
Pondok Kuliner cukup efektif dalam meningkatkan PADes, hanya saja kontribusinya masih rendah hanya
Rp. 15.000.000 atau 37,5% dari seluruh PADes yang mencapai Rp. 40.600.000. Jika dibandingkan dengan
anggaran yang di gunakan dalam pendanaan program tersebut yang mencapai Rp. 150.000.000 yang
berasal dari Dana Desa kurang efisien. Untuk itu perlu ditingkatkan kreativitas para pengurus Bumdes
serta melakukan banyak promosi dan membuat sistem pembayaran satu pintu untuk menghindari
persaingan.
