Studi Literatur Sistematis Potensi Kendaraan Otonom dalam Transformasi Transportasi oleh Pemerintah Daerah di Indonesia

Dukungan pemerintah terhadap trem otonom menandai urgensi adopsi kendaraan otonom (autonomous vehicles; AVs) di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengeksplorasi potensi transformasi transportasi oleh AVs dan mengidentifikasi strategi implementasi untuk pemerintah daerah. Metode Systematic Literature Review (SLR) diterapkan pada literatur 2016–2024 dari Scopus, IEEE Xplore, dan Google Scholar. Hasil kajian menunjukkan AVs meningkatkan efisiensi transportasi, mengurangi kemacetan dan polusi, serta memperkuat sektor ekonomi dan pariwisata. Tantangan utama adalah kebutuhan infrastruktur, kesenjangan regulasi, dan rendahnya penerimaan publik. Rekomendasi meliputi pentingnya peran pemerintah daerah dalam mendukung adopsi teknologi ini melalui kebijakan bertahap, investasi infrastruktur, dan program edukasi publik. Artikel ini diharapkan menjadi panduan praktis untuk pengembangan transportasi inovatif dan berkelanjutan di tingkat daerah.
