JIAPD Call for Paper
The Editorial Board of Jurnal Ilmiah Administrasi Pemerintahan Daerah (JIAPD) proudly invites scholars, researchers, practitioners, and policy analysts to submit their original research articles, conceptual papers, and case studies for publication in Volume 17, Issue 2 (December 2025).

The upcoming issue highlights the theme “Regional and Local Government Resources”, focusing on the strategic role of resource management in enhancing the effectiveness, autonomy, and sustainability of regional and local governance. The term “resources” encompasses a broad spectrum—ranging from fiscal capacity, human capital, and natural assets to institutional capabilities and digital infrastructure that underpin local governance and service delivery. Submissions may explore, but are not limited to, the following subthemes:
- Fiscal decentralization and financial resource management at the local level
- Capacity building and innovation in regional bureaucracy
- Human resource governance and leadership in local administration
- Optimization of local natural and environmental resources
- Institutional resilience and policy capacity of regional governments
- Public asset management and intergovernmental fiscal relations
- Digital transformation and data as strategic resources for local governance
- Collaborative resource governance among local governments, private sector, and communities
All submissions will undergo a double-blind peer review process to ensure high academic standards and publication quality. Manuscripts must be written in English and adhere to the journal’s author guidelines available on our official website.
