Abstract

ABSTRACT

Implementation of the Village Head Election Simultaneously of Trenggalek District in 2015 with the
involvement of Agency of Community Empowerment and Village Governance showed the success of
the organization indicated by the absence of social clash between supporters of candidates for the head
of the village and the preservation of security, tranquility, and order in the implementation of village
elections. This research was conducted using qualitative and inductive approach. These results indicate
that the role of Agency of Community Empowerment and Village Governance in the implementation
of the Village Head Election Simultaneously in 2015 has been effectively reflected on three elements,
namely facilitation, monitor, and evaluation, inhibiting factors faced by Agency of Community Empowerment
and Village Governance was the time disbursement as financing Village Head Election Simultaneously
and change agenda of Head of Trenggalek District who would inaugurate the village head was
elected, as well as the efforts made by the Agency of Community Empowerment and Village Governance
in overcoming the limiting factors was consulted by the government to use the village budget concerned
beforehand as financing Village Head Election Simultaneously in 2015 and after the thawing process
was completed would be replaced. As well as the inauguration of the village chief chosen by the Agency
of Community Empowerment and Village Governance after getting the disposition of Head od District.
