Abstract

AbstrAct

This study aims to determine (1) the influence of the welfare of employees on the performance of Employee Personnel Agency of West Java Province, (2) the influence of the work environment to employee performance Personnel Agency of West Java Province, (3) the influence of employee welfare and the environment the employment of an employee’s performance Regional Employment Board of West Java Province. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative approach. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. Determination of informants using stratified random sampling. The data obtained were processed first, tested its validity with validity and reliability test, then performed the data analysis. Results of this study showed that employee welfare is given by the Government of West Java Province and working environment significantly influence employee performance Personnel Board Darerah West Java Province. Regional Employment Board employee performance is still not satisfactory continue to be improved by providing proper welfare for pegwai and renovation of office, then once it is done we then conducted intensive monitoring to oversee and measure the performance of each employee to comply with expectations.
