Abstrak

Pertumbuhan pesat dari kepemilikan dan lalu lintas kendaraan pribadi mendorong pemerintah untuk menerapkan kebijakan Electronic Road Pricing (ERP) dalam mengendalikan tingkat kemacetan di DKI Jakarta. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan tinjauan literatur dan studi kasus dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan data sekunder untuk mengetahui bagaiamana formulasi kebijakan penerapan ERP di DKI Jakarta. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa formulasi kebijakan yang berkelanjutan dalam siklus perencanaan ERP akan menghasilkan peraturan yang holistik dan inklusif, serta memperkuat komitmen dintara para pemangku kepentingan terkait dalam implementasi kebijakan ERP di DKI Jakarta.
