Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Evaluasi Penerapan Aplikasi E-Sumsel dalam Pembayaran Perjalanan Dinas di Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah berdasarkan jenisnya adalah data kuantitatif dan data kualitatif sedangkan berdasarkan sumbernya adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Analisis data adalah analisis kualitatif dengan model interaktif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Penerapan Aplikasi E-Sumsel dalam pembayaran perjalanan dinas di Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan sudah terlaksana meskipun belum maksimal karena penerapan aplikasi E-Sumsel dalam pembayaran perjalanan dinas di Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah Provinsi Sumatera Selatan belum sepenuhnya dipahami oleh pejabat/pimpinan dan pegawai Bapenda Provinsi Sumsel sehingga masih ditemui kesalahan penginputan data oleh pegawai/operator, serta koneksi jaringan internet yang terkadang kurang lancar.
