Article Writing Guide
Articles written in Indonesian or English in essay format. The article title is printed in all capital letters in the middle of the article in Times New Roman, 12 pts. Articles written no less than 5000 words and no more than 7000 words
TITLE PAGE
The title page contains the title of the article, the full author's name (without title). Author Institution Address written in full, and e-mail address (first author). The title of the article must be concise and clear.
ABSTRACT. Abstracts and keywords are written in two languages (Indonesian and English). Maximum abstract length is 250 words, with 3-5 keywords or a combination of words. The abstract contains the objectives, methods, and research results.
Keywords: are separated by semi colon (;).
The ranking of section titles is written with the following rules:
RATING 1 (ALL CAPS, THICKNESS, LEFT RATE)
Rating 2 (Uppercase, Lowercase, Flat Left Bank)
Rating 3 (Uppercase, Lower-Slanted, Flat Left Bank)
Systematic articles of research results are: title; author's name (without academic degree); abstract; keywords; introduction (with title); method (with title); results and discussion (with title); conclusions and suggestions (with the title); Bibliography.
INTRODUCTION
In the introduction, the writer must write the research objectives at the end of the introduction. Before writing the research objectives, the writer must write (in sequence) the background, previous literature studies (state of the art) as a basis for the statement of scientific renewal of the article, statement of scientific renewal, research problem, "gap analysis" and hypothesis (if quantitative research) . In the introduction, a separate literature review is not allowed in separate subtitles as in the research report, but it is written integrated with an explanation of the background of the research so that the literature review can show the state of the art - or the novelty of scientific findings.
METHOD
The method section contains an explanation of the type of research / research design. This section explains the number of subjects and the characteristics of the subjects accompanied by demographic data (Azwar, 2007). In quantitative research, if the research uses certain measuring instruments, it is necessary to convey the name of the measuring instrument, the number of items, the reliability coefficient, and the data analysis method used. In qualitative research, explained the qualitative perspective used, to the data collection and analysis methods (Willig, 2008).
RESULTS AND DISCUSSION
The results and discussion section contains the results of research findings and their scientific discussion. Write scientific findings (scientific finding) obtained from the results of research that has been done but must be supported by adequate data. The scientific findings referred to here are not the research data obtained. Scientific findings must be explained scientifically include: Are scientific findings obtained? Why did that happen? Why is the trend variable like that? All of these questions must be explained scientifically, not only descriptive, and supported by adequate empirical data. In addition, it should be explained also the comparison with the results of other researchers who are almost the same topic. Research results and findings must be able to answer hypotheses and / or research questions in the introduction.
CONCLUSION
The conclusions section consists of only one paragraph but describes the answers to the hypothesis and / or research objectives or scientific findings obtained. Conclusions do not contain an iteration of results and discussion, but rather a summary of the findings as expected in the research objectives. If necessary, at the end of the conclusion can also be written things that will be done related to further ideas from the research.

The thank you section (if any) is mainly directed at research funders or donors and those who assist with the implementation of research whose contribution is not significant enough to be included in the authorship group.
REFERENCES
The bibliography section must contain all references cited / cited in the article text must be included in the Bibliography section. Bibliography must contain reference libraries originating from primary sources (scientific journals; minimum 80%) of the total bibliography) published in the last 10 (ten) years. The number of references cited at least 15 (fifteen) library sources. Writing a citation or citation is recommended to use a reference management application program for example: Mendeley, Turnitin, Grammarly, EndNote, Zotero, or others. The writing format used in the IPDN Wahana Bhakti Praja Journal is APA 6th Edition (American Psychological Association, 2010).
