GOVERNMENT OFFICER WORK CULTURE AT FAKFAK DISTRICT IN FAKFAK REGION WEST PAPUA PROVINCE
Abstract
This research focuses on the problem of the role of district head in improving government officer work culture at Fakfak District of West Papua Province. The purpose of the study was to find out and analyze government officer work culture at Fakfak District. This research was conducted using descriptive method with inductive approach in explaining the state of research object in accordance with the facts in the field. Data collection techniques are carried out with interviews, observations and documentation. Meanwhile, the author's data analysis technique uses triangulation technique. Based on the results of the study findings, government officer work culture at Fakfak District can be categorized in a low to middle quality work culture. Obstacles faced in efforts to improve government officer work culture at Fakfak District are the lack of infrastructure and problems of quality and ability of employee, its. disciplineand motivation, quality of personnel resources, and lack of implementation of education and training.
