Digitalisasi Pemerintahan Melalui Implementasi SIMRAL dalam Mendukung Keberlanjutan Pembangunan Daerah

Abstract

The implementation of the Planning, Budgeting and Reporting Management Information System (SIMIRAL) in Serang Regency shows that there are constraint and obstacles, especially in district offices. This study aims to discuss how digitalization of government through implementing SIMIRAL in supporting the sustainability of regional development. The implementation of SIMIRAL system in Serang Regency uses several approaches, namely: content development, competency building, connectivity, cyber laws, citizen interfaces and capital. The research method uses qualitative approaches through interview data collection technique, observation and document studies. The data analysis uses data reduction technique, data presentation and conclusion. The result shows that implementing SIMIRAL in Serang Regency are quite good on several indicators like content development, cyber laws and capital. On the other hand, the other three indicators, competency building, connectivity and citizen interfaces, show poor result.
