Abstrak

Abstract

 

The JPT Pratama (Job Fit) Test at the Jambi Provincial Government is carried out to obtain Competent PPT Pratama in Government Agencies. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the implementation of filling out the JPT Pratama through the Job Fit (Job Fit) in the Jambi Provincial Government, obstacles and efforts to overcome them. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Furthermore, implementation analysis is carried out with the aspects studied, including: Communication, Disposition, Resources and Bureaucratic Structure.

The results of this study indicate that the implementation of filling out the JPT Pratama through the (Job Fit) test is running well, but still requires improvements in Resources and Bureaucratic Structure. The obstacles experienced are: Facilities and infrastructure supporting activities and the Governor's Regulation which regulates  the  technical  filling  of  the  JPT  Pratama  through  the  Conformity Test (Job Fit).

Efforts to overcome the obstacles are:Using the Jambi Province BPSDM Building to optimize the Implementation of Filling the JPT Pratama through the Conformity Test (Job Fit) and preparing the Governor's Regulation that regulates the Filling of the JPT Pratama through the Conformity Test (Job Fit).
