ABSTRACT

Effectiveness of Qanun14/2003 on seclusion (nasty) in the enforcement of syariat islam is the think
to do, see still many the nasty to do often especially in Bandaaceh City Aceh. This study aims to
determine and analyze how the effectiveness of the policy as well as enabling and inhibiting factors of
Qanun No. 14/2003 On Seclusion (sordid) in sharia Islam Islamic law in the city of Bandaaceh. This type
of research is qualitative research method is descriptive and inductive approach. The results showed that
the Qanun No. 14/2003 on Seclusion (sordid) in the establishment of Islamic law in Bandaaceh is still
not effective.Therefore the author hopes namely the Government of Bandaaceh together with the DPRK
needs to increase attention to the implementation of Qanun No. 14/2003 on Seclusion with the use of
various media socialization.
