Abstract
Employee Satisfaction Survey is an important component in the ISO 9001: 2008, to identify
factors causing employee satisfaction and dissatisfaction. The survey is conducted
once a year to determine the level of employee satisfaction aims to a) Obtain information
about the level of employee satisfaction b) Obtain information about the factors that
cause employee satisfaction and dissatisfaction. The method of analysis used to assess
the results of this survey is descriptive method with a qualitative approach that is Cut
Off Value Method, CS Index and GAP Calculation Method and Employee Motivation
Method
The instrument is a questionnaire with 56 questions divided into 8 major aspects: Management,
Leadership, Organizational Culture and Communication, Role in the Company,
Work Environment, Training and Development, Remuneration and Pride of the
Organization. The survey was conducted by distributing questionnaires directly to 58
employees at the Staff Meeting on November 11, 2016. Fifty of the 58 employees, responded
(94.80%).
The results of this study indicate that: the value of Employee Satisfaction is 3.286 of 5 in
2016 and the average value of Employee Reality is 3.286, The average value of Employee
Expectation is 4,314 so the Average Difference (Gap) value of - 1,028
