Online civil registration service is done to reduce the physical contact and interaction between people and administrator. Indeed, tracing found that people who want to public service hardly to adapting the new mechanism process. Researcher is interesting to do research under the title The Population and Civil Registration Agency Performance in Public Service Providing in DKI Jakarta Province in Covid-19 pandemic era. The purpose of this research is to analyse the performance of the Population and Civil Registration Agency of DKI Jakarta Province in providing services to the community during the Covid-19 pandemic, obstacle to service, and the efforts made. The research method used is a qualitative method with operational data analysis techniques, and the selection of informants is determined by the Criterion-based Selection technique and accidental sampling. Data analysis was carried out by the stages of presenting data, coding data, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the performance Population and Civil Registration Agency of DKI Jakarta Province in public services in the Covid-19 pandemic era was not optimal, where there were still obstacles, namely; 1) longer process of verification and validation of NIK, 2) limitations of the community in accessing online services, 3) disruption to the website and application system, and 4) budget constraints. The social phenomenon that shows the incompleteness of the family structure due to the occurrence of family fragility occurs in Bekasi Regency, is indicated by a significant number of cases in 2019 with a total of 102 cases. This study aims to describe the competence of family resilience motivators which includes aspects of motives, characteristics, self-concept, knowledge and skills in building family resilience in Bekasi Regency which consists of 5 (five) dimensions of family resilience, there are family legality and integrity, physical resilience, economic resilience, social psychological resilience and socio-cultural resilience. The design of this study used a qualitative research approach with the determination of informants carried out purposively sampling in involving officials in the Bekasi District Government and West Java Province as well as family resilience motivators and family resilience facilitators in Bekasi Regency. The results showed that: 1) In general, the competence of the motivator for family resilience in Bekasi Regency has competencies consisting of motives, traits, self-concept, knowledge and skills in carrying out mentoring and fostering tasks for families who have vulnerabilities in the legality dimension. and family integrity, physical resilience, economic resilience, socio-psychological resilience and socio-cultural resilience, but not yet optimal in several dimensions of family resilience development: 2) It is necessary to develop the competence of motivating family resilience through increased knowledge and education and technical training to increase the ability in carry out the substance of the duties of the family resilience motivator on an ongoing basis. The research was conducted using qualitative methods with inductive approaches whose data analysis is case-based. Effectiveness measured according to Gibson can be reviewed from several aspects, namely: Productivity, Efficiency, Satisfaction, Adaptation and Development. The results of this study concluded that the effective implementation of One-Stop Integrated Services (PTSP) in improving quality public services in Depok, West Java. However, there are some obstacles faced, namely the lack of quality and quantity of Human Resources in the Depok City PMPTSP Office that has not been comparable to the number of people served. Another obstacle is the limitation of infrastructure and budget due to budget cuts of 30% in 2020. Efforts made by the Depok City PMPTSP Office in improving the effectiveness of one-stop integrated services, namely by optimizing licensing applications through online licensing Si Mpok and cooperation with the Tax Office in the validation of KSWP (Confirmation of Taxpayer Status) for the integration of the system, so that checking the status of taxpayers can be done directly via the licensing application. Data obtained through data techniques: observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of e-government in the village administration and information system in village Sayang, Jatinangor District, Sumedang Regency, West Java Province is still not good, this can be seen from the following aspects: Standards and targets of e-government policies on village administration and information systems in the village. Sayang refers to the 2016-2020 Sumedang Regency e-government master plan document and the Sayang Village Mid-term Development Plan Document for 2019-2024. Resources include human resources which in terms of quality are not appropriate because they are not implemented by information technology experts and from budget resources the allocation is very small. Communication between organizations is carried out by coordination between the village government of Sayang and the Communication and Information Office of Encoding and Statistics of Sumedang Regency and Jatinangor District in the form of coaching, facilitation, monitoring and evaluation as well as socialization activities carried out to the community of Sayang Village that have not been implemented. This journal aims to find out how the influence of the implementation of spatial use policies and fisheries sector development on the welfare of the fishery family in Lingga Regency. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that if the spatial use policy is implemented properly and correctly and the development of the fisheries sector is improved, it will stimulate an increase in fisheries or fishermen family welfare. Apart from that, it also shows that the interests that influence the use of space; advantages or uses from space utilization; a variety of changes desired from space utilization; the location of the decision making of space utilization, space utilization; and the promise of space utilization determines the effectiveness of the implementation of spatial planning policies, especially in archipelagic areas such as Lingga Regency.
