PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KUALITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DI RUMAH SAKIT DAERAH CIBINONG KABUPATEN BOGOR PROVINSI JAWA BARAT
The phenomenon used as the object of research is the Quality of Health Services at the
Regional Hospital Cibinong Bogor Regency. The objectivies of the research are (1) to
discuss the influence of Organizational Culture on Quality of Health Service in RSD
Cibinong; (2) to discuss the effect of Motivation on Quality of Health Service in RSD
Cibinong; (3) discusses the influence of Organizational Culture and Motivation together
affect the Quality of Health Service in RSD Cibinong.
The research method used is explanative method with quantitative approach. Data collection
was done by literature study and survey. Determination of sample in this research using
modeling table. Of the total population of 1,619 obtained a sample of 286 respondents.
Based on the discussion of the research results obtained conclusion, namely: (1) Organizational
culture have a positive and significant impact on the quality of health services in
Cibinong Regional Hospital Bogor regency, as much as obtained in statistical analysis,
where if increased organizational culture affects the increasing quality of health services
in Hospitals Cibinong District Bogor Regency vice versa; (2) Motivation have positive
and significant effect on health service quality at Cibinong Regional Hospital Bogor
Regency, where if the increasing of motivation influence the increasing of health service
quality at Cibinong Regional Hospital Bogor Regency or vice versa; (3) Organizational
culture and motivation together have positive and significant impact on health service
quality at Cibinong Regional Hospital Bogor Regency.
